The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

Waterfront Sunrise Cove Cottage

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! This is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom is upstairs. Owners live on property with small dog.

The Streamside Getaway offers a luxurious glamping experience in a new solar and wind-powered Geodome. If all you need is a bed and a bathroom & hot tub, Roxie is the cabin for you! A comfortable full-size bed, composting toilet, a mini fridge & woodstove and electric heater are here for you in this cozy 8x12 cabin in the woods. 2wd access & a parking spot near your door. Hike trails, kayak, fishing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing then return to your little space to relax & enjoy! A firepit with wood, an outside table and hammock chairs. 24/7 Guest restroom with shower

Sweet Fern Cabin on Merrymeeting Bay

Nestled in the woods on 2.5 waterfront acres where the Muddy River meets Merrymeeting Bay. The cabin is 350 square feet of simple living with a panoramic view. There is a three season hot water outdoor shower and wood burning stove with plenty of wood included. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and has off grid cold water sink. Outbuilding with composting toilet is right out the back door. Kayaks and stand up paddle board are available to rent for an additional fee.

The Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of Snow Pond, 15 minutes from Colby College and downtown Waterville and 1/2 mile from the Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Enjoy the BEST sunset views from the private dock and listen to the waves and loons at night. The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!
