Sitting on 10 acres, take advantage of the entire property or explore Northwestern Montana. 77 Miles to Glacier National Park. 50 miles to Whitefish ski mountain, 14 Miles to Lake Koocanusa, 200 yards into the Kootani National Forest. Heritage Cottage is a beautiful retreat away from life's busy pace. This spacious and cozy home was built Summer 2019. The panoramic views show all of Southern Alberta's best - the prairies, foothills, and rocky mountains. 40 minutes from Waterton National Park, 15 minutes West of Pincher Creek, and 20 minutes to Castle Provincial Park and ski hill. We do not live on site but live close by that we can be available most times, if needed. We are excited to share this corner of the world with you.

Awesome sightseeing , hiking & biking trails. In the winter we welcome outdoor enthusiasts as we have great skiing just 25 mins away. The spectacular Waterton National Park is 45 minutes away. Whether you come just to relax & take in our mountain scenery or explore the area I'm sure you will enjoy what we have to offer.

Waterfall can be rented individually, or combined with its neighbor cabin, Hollywood for a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath if both cabins are available. Sorry no pets!! Cross country skiing from cabin, many quiet lakes in the area, Murray Lake perfect for paddleboards. With downtown Whitefish so busy, you will enjoy the tranquility. Winter season is gorgeous! 4wd needed anywhere in Whitefish.
