It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

A charming six bedroom country house set in 9 acres of gardens, fields and woodland in the beautiful county of Sussex. The property has a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and snooker room. The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

The Barn – Surrey Countryside Escape

The Barn at Whitmoor Farm is set in the peaceful Surrey countryside and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families. It offers two bedrooms — the first with a king bed and bunk beds, and the second with a king bed — plus two single beds in the living area. Enjoy Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a private indoor grill area. Guests also have shared access to a tennis court, trampoline, and outdoor swimming pool (heated May–September; open unheated until mid-October).

The Coach House is a totally unique property, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Chobham Common. Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. Sauna is available by prior arrangement.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
