This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. We have AC. We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

Located on a quiet street close to Rototuna Village, this guest suite is perfect for singles, couples and business travellers. The room is spacious, has a queen bed, fold out couch if needed (linen for this $15 extra charge) and a new, stylish bathroom. Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
