This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

This beautiful spacious 1st floor one bedroom has room for 3 to sleep, one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. Halfway between Saratoga spring, horse racing, casino, night life, shopping, dinning and Rivers Casino in Schenectady and all it has to offer, not to mention a short drive to the Adirondacks. This convenient location is perfect for day trips or to enjoy its old Farmhouse charm.

Grey House

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

Cozy Track Rental near Saratoga

Approximately 10 minutes from Historic Saratoga Race Track. Take a break and unwind in this cozy retreat! Take on the morning with a cup of coffee before the races and afterward relax down by the creek to enjoy campfires and storytelling. Take advantage of this spacious kitchen to fix favorite meals, 2 cozy bedrooms that sleep 4 for a good night's rest, and a livingroom to lounge and watch your favorite shows. Close to many hiking trails and places to drop in a kayak. Ballston Lake public launch is 4 minutes away. Extended stays are welcome!
