Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genießt. The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.
