La casa in Castelvecchio

L'appartamento si trova in una grande casa ricoperta di vite americana nel centro della cittadina di Borgo San Lorenzo. L'abitazione è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cucina e un bagno con doccia. Nella parte esterna c'è un cortile di pietre grigie ed un orto biologico ricco di verdure cresciute con amore e fiori antichi di altri tempi. L'alloggio è per due persone, singole o in coppia, ma c'è anche la possibilità di aggiungere un lettino se ci fosse un bambino presente. La valle del Mugello ha piccoli tesori di rara bellezza: il borgo medievale di Scarperia, le pievi romaniche di Borgo S. Lorenzo, di Sant'Agata e della piccola località di San Giovanni, la casa del pittore Giotto a Vicchio. Le verdi passeggiate nei sentieri dei boschi nell'Appennino tosco-emiliano, il succulento tortello mugellano ripieno di patate, il Lago di Bilancino vicino a Barberino del Mugello. Storia, natura e, se siete appassionati di moto, c'è anche l'autodromo internazionale del Mugello. Ci sono treni e autobus da e per Firenze Dal 1 maggio 2019 all’arrivo sarà richiesto, in contanti, il pagamento dell’imposta di soggiorno dovuta al Comune di Borgo San Lorenzo, pari a euro 1,50 al giorno a persona, fino ad un massimo di 6 giorni consecutivi. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
