Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Just 2 blocks off Main Street it's an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, a fruit stand and more! We have no TV, but unlimited high speed WIFI for your devices! This newly remodeled Airbnb is located on the top level. There is another Airbnb located on the ground level. The yard is shared with the host family and other Airbnb guests. All water on the property is filtered and safe to drink!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Where you can find waterfalls within 30 minutes drive, beaches like Zancudo, Pavones an hour away from my place. There is also some hiking trails with amazing views. And not less important if your interest is to buy furniture you could go to Paso Canoas or Depósito Libre that is just 40 minutes drive from yellow star house. Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.
