Lower Suite includes (kitchen, 1 bath), salt-water Hot Tub, picnic table, Cabin, & parking next to the house surrounded by beautiful gardens & woods. VACATIONLAND! Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

The Cozy is a small A-frame cabin that features a wall of glass overlooking beautiful woods with a little stream winding through. The cabin is 11/10 romantic and surprisingly comfortable for such a small space. Outside you have a charming seating area with bistro lights, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit to enjoy a crackling fire.
