A short walk to historic downtown, less than 1 mile to Castillo de San Marcos fort. Anastasia State Park Beach, the Alligator Farm and lighthouse are less than two miles away. Several restaurants and bars only a few blocks away. Whether going to the old fort or Flagler College, our home provides a great base for exploring an amazing part of Florida!

Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is close to downtown, the beaches, and the ampitheatre and just a block off the Matanzas River. In between sightseeing and the beach, take walks along the river or relax on the large serene back porch. Fenced back yard, washer and dryer on premises, a fully outfitted kitchen and a dedicated office makes this a great place to stay a little longer and get to know our town.

This St. Augustine apartment is right in the heart of quaint & historic downtown! This lower level apartment is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom with a bath and a queen bed in the second bedroom with bath and is perfect for 1-4 guests. A short 5-8 minute walk allows visitors to explore the many downtown historic sites, museums & restaurants. One parking spot is available on site. There is free parking on our street (except from Nov15th-Jan11th during Nights of Lights).
