Contemporary villa located on the heights of Flamands. Very modern, this villa offers an amazing view on Flamands Bay. Flamands beach is within 2 minutes driving distance. The sporty peoplecould walk to the beach. The master bedroom is connected to the living and has, besides its private bathroom, an outside shower. The 2nd bedroom is situated at the end of the Deck and the pool. The third bedroom is located on the lower level.

Palm

Modern, Palm is located in Grand Cul de Sac not far from the beach and the restaurants. This two bedroom villa offers a nice view over the ocean and the shades of blue. Very well equipped, this villa is perfect for the stay with friends or a family with kids. The two similar bedrooms are located on each side of the living room. You will enjoy the outside gazebo and the heated pool.

La Magnifica

La Magnifica is situated on the hillside of Vitet. The villa has a very nice ocean view on Toiny bay. The long pool and outside area is very pleasant. This spacious contemporary villa has one master bedroom overlooking the ocean and a small bedroom below the villa with no view. It is a perfect villa for one couple.

Au Coeur du Rocher

Au Coeur du Rocher is situated on the hillside of Marigot. A large living opens onto the terrace and the ocean. It is a spacious villa, simple, extremely private with a very good value. The long heated pool is only one asset among lots of others; we highly recommend you this villa, if only it is still available!
