Comfort and Charm "On the Hill"

Upon booking your reservation please list the number of guests for your reservation and the number of nights you wish to stay. This mid-century modern home is comfortably situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and is private - it is not actually a "treehouse" though seems like it in its natural surroundings. It is near many interesting landmarks in the town, including: St.Johnsbury Academy, the Athenaeum, and the world famous Fairbanks Natural History Museum and Planetarium.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Fairbanks Retreat - Cozy 2 bedroom 2nd floor home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee, meals or a cocktail on the spacious covered porch. Try some of our amazing local restaurants or cook in and share your meals at the large dining room table. Get comfy on the couches and watch a movie, play a game, do a puzzle, read a book or just relax.

This comfortable and clean private space is within walking distance to many local attractions, including the St. Johnsbury Academy, the Fairbanks Museum, Catamount Arts, and the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum, as well as shopping and restaurants. A wonderful Log cabin that you can feel at home the moment you enter. It is the perfect place after a ski or a hike to come home to. The woodstove will make it cozy and warm and will add to the uniqueness of the experience. Your pets very welcome!!! We are aiming to create a eco friendly and living with nature environment.
