The River Room

This peaceful King Room with a private bath is located on the first floor & has everything you need for your trip! The old beams across the ceiling and huge pine floor boards make this room extra special, not to mention the propane fireplace & stunning views of The Machias River! Antique decor with a touch of Maine in the room help to capture that 1830’s farmhouse vibe. The room is stocked with coffee, linens, & soaps, along with a tray of goodies ready for your arrival! Direct ATV/snowmobile trail access with trailer parking. Some sound may carry—no complaints so far, but please don’t book if noise may be an issue. Ask about private access and a movie in our original 1920s theater! 🎬. A movie of your choice, popcorn and beverages are available for an extra fee.

Perfect for those who will be spending more time hiking and on the beach It has a queen bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. No A/C, fans provided.
