Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

En bord de rivière et au cœur du village, vous serez au point de départ de nombreuses randonnées, de circuits VTT et du point d' embarquement de canoës. De nombreux services se trouvent dans le village (supérette, cafés restaurants, pharmacie, boulangerie, marché) ou à proximité (Ornans à 8km).

L'appartement est situé au rez de notre maison familiale dans le joli village de Baulmes. Entrée indépendante, cuisine équipée simplement, salle de bains adjacente avec baignoire, chambre à coucher double/twin et petit salon pouvant héberger une personne supplémentaire ou servir d'espace de travail. Il convient bien pour passer la nuit lors d'un tour en vélo, comme pied-à-terre pour visiter la région pied du Jura ou lors d'un voyage d'affaires.
