It is the perfect place to call home while in the Zürich area whether for holidays or work. The apartment is perfectly located between the mountains, lake and the city. Direct train from Zurich HB (15 min) and airport (35 min). Swiss Alps are easily reachable in < 1 hour. Skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, via ferrata, swimming, etc.!

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang gehört zu einem Einfamilienhaus und liegt am Dorfeingang auf der Strecke Zug-Ägeri (unmittelbar bei der Bushaltestelle Spinnerei). Im nahen Dorfzentrum finden Sie sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Ägerisee und das Naherholungsgebiet Schützen bieten vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Ausstattung: 1x Doppelbett (160x200 cm), Küche mit Keramikkochfeld, Backofen und Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Milchschäumer, genügend Geschirr und Pfannen vorhanden.

Large windows bring nature and daylight right inside, while a 1.40 m mattress on the wooden floor and a cozy armchair invite you to relax. This is a place that puts simplicity, calm and design at the center – perfect for slowing down. A small bathroom with composting toilet, outdoor space with trees, picnic table and wide views make the retreat complete.

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.

Lake view - 3.5 rms, close to Zurich city, parking

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Lake view private studio 10 mins walk to train

Our recently renovated studio with lake view has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. The studio is great for single travelers, couples and small families (sleeps up to 3). Free parking is available next the studio. It's 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants, 2 mins walk to the bus, 10 mins walk to Richterswil train station. Richterswil is 27 mins with train/ 25km from Zürich main station.
