Features a private entrance, one double bed, Garden view, desk, well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator with freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, in-unit laundry, private bathroom, TV with Roku, Wi-Fi, separate air conditioner / heater, ceiling fan/light, private yard ample street parking, well lit garden path and walled off from main house for privacy.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

This room is like an apartment studio with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. There is a separate, private entrance/exit. Lots of closet space and cozy lighting! Good for folks who seek a quiet, cozy stay in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a 5 min drive from Cal State, Northridge in the historic San Fernando Valley. You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Enjoy luxury bedding, fast Wi-Fi, a 42" 4K TV, and a full kitchen. This first-floor apartment offers private access, self check-in, and ample free street parking. Note: quiet residential setting; not ideal for late-night activity. Bonus: an ALDI supermarket sits at the other end of the street.

This is a private, detached casita, steps from the famed Hollywood Bowl. It sleeps up to 3 people max - 1 queen bed upstairs and twin couch that converts into single bed in first floor living room. The casita is 2-stories, 780 sq. ft with AC, full bath & kitchen, living room and outdoor patio area. This historic home dates back to the early 1900s and sits within a larger compound that consists of a main house that is occupied by your Hosts.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It has its own private entrance on a quiet street. A full kitchen at your disposal. It's conveniently close to the 405 freeway, so Universal Studios/Hollywood/Santa Monica/Magic Mountain are all 20-30 minutes away. WiFi is provided and there's plenty of street parking. This is my first AirBnB and I really want to you to love this beautiful, quiet space :)
