Peaceful ranch getaway close to Wimberley, San Marcos, San Antonio, and Austin. The 815 sqft includes living room, dining area, and kitchenette. Each bedroom has its own AC-Heating control. Water supply is pure, filter rainwater. Come for a quiet weekend away, a new work-from-home location, or a jumping off place for sightseeing with friends.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home. Relax in the hot tub or sip wine by the firepit. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove).
