The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars. Excellent Studio located in the 15th floor of Quartier San Telmo building, recently painted and fully equiped, 43" Android Smart TV, WIFI speed 300MB. King size bed plus a couch that can also be used as a bed for one. Excellent view from the flat to Puerto Madero Buildings and in clear days you can see also the river.
