Welcome to Rockford retreat! Enjoy this beautifully landscaped home including 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath. Master has private bath with tiled shower and 2 person whirlpool tub to unwind in spa environment. Many amenities for a family, geogous new deck, gas grill, playset and trampoline. Finish the evening with a fire out back and then off to theatre room to watch movies, play PS5, drums & Foosball!!  Wake up to make a great breakfast, includes waffle maker, coffee, and you can make your own smoothie!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, sleeps 12! WADE in the shallow and massive SANDBAR, directly in front of the house, in the middle of the lake!! HUGE HOT TUB, kayaks/canoe/paddle boards, GAME ROOM with pac-man and Nintendo SNES console, swings for the littles, enjoy bean bag toss, relax around the FIRE-PIT in one of the many Adirondack chairs and enjoy FISHING off the private dock, GRILL on the deck with comfortable seating and an amazing VIEW of the sunrise!

The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.

Relax at this serene & peaceful lake front cottage. Enjoy your time on the water & relax in the hot tub while soaking up the beautiful sunset. This cottage has a lot to offer whether you enjoy fishing/hiking/kayaking/boating/mountain biking. 2 kayaks included/dock access. Nestled on the banks of the Croton Dam Pond this is a great place to get away and create awesome memories with friends & family. Within 5 miles of the Croton Dam, Hardy Dam, Newaygo State Park, and the Dragon Trailhead.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! A cozy and comfortable cottage nestled on the banks of Big Whitefish lake, that is large enough to host the entire family, *yet cozy enough for an intimate getaway.   Located a short 20 minutes north of Grand Rapids, this cottage is the perfect spot for a summer retreat, or a winter staycation. It comes complete with private lake frontage, dock, and an extensive shallow sandy bottom. Big Whitefish lake is an all seasons, all sports lake that is perfect for any occasion.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.
