You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Children are warmly welcome with us

Apartment in the middle of the mountains

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Luggage is transported. Parts of the route can be crossed by cableway. Free-running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Unten befindet sich eine komfortable Couch mit einem großen Smart TV und Blick auf die Terrasse, ein Badezimmer, Küche sowie der Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe.

Unsere Chalets in Sölden sind der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eure Entdeckungen in der Natur. Im Sommer ist die Ötztal Premium Card bei uns im Preis inklusive. Neu ab Dezember 2025: Beheizter Outdoor-Pool mit Wasserfall, ein Whirlpool, Sauna, Dampfbad sowie ein Ruhebereich.

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Haus Sautens: beautiful view & garden Ötztal/Tirol

Haus Sautens is a charming chalet with a stunning view in a little and quiet village, Sautens/Oetztal. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden with garden sauna to enjoy during summer and winter. Top outdoor activities are possible in summer and winter. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.

Panoramasuite mit Balkon

Genieße ein paar schöne Tage in unserer Panoramasuite mit Balkon im ersten Stock direkt am Ufer des Forggensees mit einzigartigem Blick auf den See, die Allgäuer Berge und die Königsschlösser. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein abgetrennter Raum . Im Wohnbereich befindet sich zustätzlich noch ein Schlafsofa welches ausgezogen werden kann und somit Platz für 2 weitere Gäste (nur gegen Aufpreis) bietet. Spielplatz und Spieleraum im Hotel vorhanden. Tiere sind nicht gestattet.

Das ist unsere große Erdgeschosswohnung. Umgebaut aus dem ehemaligen Dorfladen mit über 3m Raumhöhe und richtig viel Platz für alle - nicht nur im großen zentralen Wohnraum, sondern auch mit genug Rückzugsraum in der Lounge und den vier Schlafzimmern. Licht von allen Seiten, zwei moderne Bäder, Terrasse direkt am Bach mit Blick zur Zugspitze, Garten, nette alte und neue Details - was will man mehr? Und jetzt ist sogar der Dorfplatz neu renoviert.

Life Arlberg! Welcome to the new family apartment house "Am Gehren" in Warth. The house is situated in a quite lonely surrounding near to an wild river. You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
