Lugaris Beach Apartments combine contemporary design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for couples and solo travelers who want to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay by the sea. Our reception team is located in the building and is always available to assist you during your stay. Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. There is also satellite tv. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets.
