Farm Cottage

Nestled on a 400-acre farm just 3 miles from the charming village of Malborough, this delightful 2-bedroom farm cottage offers an idyllic countryside retreat and convenient accommodation for parents visiting their children at Malborough College. Positioned opposite the scenic Savernake Park, the cottage combines rustic charm with modern comforts, providing the perfect getaway with easy access to Marlborough College and nearby attractions. Housekeeping, fresh farm milk, and eggs are included.

Chic luxury town house full of charm with river views. Formerly the town's Post Office, in the heart of Fairford. Three boutique luxury bedrooms, one with master en-suite. Large fully equipped kitchen, generous living space with large fireplace. Pretty, enclosed stone walled garden. We're next door to a lovely 15th century inn with a choice of other pubs nearby; Italian restaurant; local shops; pharmacy; cafes and takeaways on hand - a perfect base to explore this lovely part of the world.

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Woodland Luxury Cabin on Vineyard Estate

Escape to nature in style at our luxury wooden cabin set on a peaceful vineyard estate beside enchanting woodland. This beautifully crafted retreat features a sumptuous king-size bed, sleek shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Unwind by the cozy wood burner or dine under the stars beside your private firepit. Perfect for romantic getaways or peaceful escapes, surrounded by tranquillity and stunning scenery. We are sorry but at present we are not able to accommodate pets in our cabins.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
