The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

Though secluded, you're just a short drive from Historic Downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, Comal River, Buc-ee's & Canyon Lake. Plus, you and the herd are just 2 easy minutes from the resort style pool, BBQ, and splash pad:)

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

The property is 2.5 acres and is adjacent to the park. It also offers a pool, 30x30 covered pavilion, covered pickleball court, volleyball, outdoor hot water shower and toilet/shower house (Groovy Go Go). Villa Capri is a beautiful tiny home rental with private pool access in North Central San Antonio. Located with quick access to airport , Downtown , Fiesta Texas and La Canterra. The neighborhood is quiet, located within 2 miles of shopping and restaurants. This neighborhood has plentiful wildlife. Villa Capri is located on host’s lot. The yard and pool are shared by hosts. Swimsuit is required in pool. Please note that Villa Capri cannot host children or babies due to safety concerns.

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.
