This is a cozy cottage with a gentle contemporary feel. It has two en-suite bedrooms with have superking size beds which can be turned into single beds (let us know prior to your arrival). The kitchen, dining area and the living room are all open plan with a wood burning stove at its centre. The terrace is part of a small enclosed garden, sunny and sheltered from the wind. Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
