New Inn opposite has live music most weekends which may disturb young families at bedtime? Waves does not have private parking but there is unrestricted parking on adjacent streets close by.At busy times you have to be patient ! There are several public car parks close by but we have never needed to use them

There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.

We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

Spend an extremely comfortable night in the self-contained accommodation in the studio. Once a stable and subsequently the old pottery, the accommodation has now been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and luxurious bedroom with beautiful super-king bed and ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove is a cosy addition to the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.
