Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Ideal for high days and holidays, you’ll love it because the outdoor space around the cottage is huge for kids and dogs to play, the cottage is cosy and quirky and only a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach! The cottage is close to public transport - hovercraft, bus & ferry; plenty of family-friendly activities, excellent eateries, perfect for nature lovers and long beautiful walks with amazing scenery

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.
