Cabin in the Missions

Cozy 1930s lumberjack cabin updated with modern plumbing. Enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the deer and other wildlife grazing and moving through the yard. Due to the wildlife situation we ask that you do not bring pets. Close to McDonald Lake (15 mins), Kickinghorse reservoir (10 minutes) and Flathead Lake (25 mins). Glacier park is only a bit over an hour to reach from here. Many local activities in the summer or plan a hike in the beautiful Mission mountains. Peaceful and relaxing.

Kick off your boots and enjoy a one of a kind, newly renovated, & professionally designed cozy cabin across from the Bitterroot River, a blue ribbon trout stream! Better yet, grab a pole to test your luck with some fishing. How about a bike ride from the cabin taking you along the river to the historic downtown Stevensville, Montana's oldest town home to small shop boutiques and delicious local foods. For snow lovers, we’re minutes away from the spectacular Lolo pass, and Lost Trail ski areas.

Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Formerly loved as a lower-level suite, the property is now offered exclusively as a stand-alone, whole-home retreat, giving guests full privacy and an elevated experience. Unwind in the hot tub, relax in the infrared sauna, gather for game nights, and wake to quiet mornings surrounded by forest and mountain views. Calm, comfortable, and prepared, this is a place families return to year after year.

Clearwater Getaway

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is river front property. With wildlife running through it. It is great for snowmobiles because there is lots of space to park trailers. Lots of good ice fishing just down the road. The kitchen is fully stocked and a great place to host Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other holiday. It is close to town, yet it feels out of the way. Please no parties as this is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors will call in any noise disturbances.

There is plenty of room to park and turn your trailers & you can use the shop to keep your toys secure. Access XC and sled trails from the back door!

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Comfortable king size bed, bunk beds, desk, coffee bar, microwave, and a fridge. One mile off Hwy 93
