Disponibilidad de parking para su coche o bicicletas. El apartamento está situado a 200 m del mar, zona arbolada, buenos restaurantes y próximo a las playas de Ciudad Jardín y el Peñón. Bien comunicado con Palma (15 minutos en bus) aeropuerto y con zona de ocio centro comercial (FAN), disponiendo de servicios de autobuses cada 10 minutos.

It is completely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are two cosy bedrooms with two complete bathrooms. Around the private pool, you can enjoy a very quiet sunny garden.

A 2 kilómetros por carretera NO peatonal (coche/bus/taxi), de playa, supermercados y restaurantes. Recomendable coche de alquiler o taxi. Al ser una zona residencial tranquila, se exige un comportamiento responsable y no se permite hacer ruido o vociferar, sobre todo desde 11 pm hasta 8 am, o también el uso de altavoces potentes o un consumo desmesurado de alcohol.
