Perfect for walkers, fishing & paddle boarding on the lake In its own grounds away from the lane, entirely private & south facing, the old mill stream runs alongside, the house has amazing views and is a haven for bird life which gathers on the lake shore.

The Rabbit Hole is a beautiful hideaway in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales. Perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walking & cycling in the surrounding countryside. Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by. There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

Located on School Lane close to the centre of Settle, this Grade II listed cottage has been tastefully restored to provide a superb base to tour The Yorkshire Dales National Park. The open living room & dining kitchen is well equipped, with a double bedroom & shower wc all on one level & full height rooms. Central heating throughout the cottage. There is a loft area upstairs for storage of luggage & cycles.

Newly renovated March 2026. The cottage is located just a short walk to the town centre. It has an upside down plan with a double bedroom and access to the bathroom with it's walk in shower on the ground floor. Upstairs is a small lounge/ kitchen/dining area. Outside the cottage is a small seating area to enjoy a nice cold drink after a day walking in the beautiful Yorkshire dales.

Peaceful riverside cottage.

Our riverside cottage is on the River Aire in a quiet Yorkshire village near Skipton. It is a haven for wildlife and recently otters have been sighted in the river. Ideally placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. In addition to the river, Gargrave is on the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the Pennine Way. There is a lock box for convenient self check in.
