Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Our studio space is brand new and accessible through our backyard with a keyless entry system. Our dogs - Jack Jack and Sophie Nacho - may welcome you but there is a gate closing in the space so they won’t be greeting you close up!

Westminster is a perfect location - 15 min to Denver or Boulder, 30 min to Red Rocks, and 40 min to mountain trails. Recently updated with recessed lighting, hardwood floors, and a renovated modern bathroom with a tile shower and heated floors!

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
