You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

This private property hosts a swimming pool, petting zoo, fire pits, and 17-person capacity. Across two private residences, we have two full kitchens and laundry rooms, 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and provide ample space. A short distance to wineries, breweries, and renowned antique fairs. We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

Downtown Gonzales is only 15 mins away and gives a great glimpse of Texas history with museums and the downtown square. Ottine Mineral Springs is 2 miles away and offers a spa experience centered around thermal mineral springs. The choice is up to you!

Cozy Country Guest House

Cozy Country Guest House is a 100 year old farm home out in the country about 5 miles out of Hallettsville Tx. Off of highway 77, we have a 75 acres ranch, with cattle and horse. Our main home is on the property too, we enjoy watching the cows and deer that come across every morning and evening, so hope you enjoy a cup of coffee, or and evening beverage relaxing on the porch. This is a very quaint country relaxing environment, hope you enjoy.

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!

Spoetzl Haus is a Historic Cottage that once belonged to the Shiner Brewery. It has a farm house feel with an oversized bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and large shower. Easy walking distance to the Spoetzl Brewery and local shopping and restaurants.
