Cosy Studio ‘Summer House’ South-East London

Individual entrance, kitchenette (no hob/oven), bathroom, sofa/double-bed, patio, large table, underfloor heating, blackout curtains. Chelsfield station 8 min walk, 30 min to London Bridge, ‘Oyster Card’ accepted. Next to the station is a nice British Pub/Restaurant and some small grocery stores. Our 'Summer House' is a proper Studio with everything you need for a short-term stay. We're a multinational family and love to travel. You'll stay in a quiet, friendly, and green part of Greater London.

Gingerbread House is a self-contained annex set within the owners property, bordered by bluebell woodland and arable fields. The house is ideally situated for day trips into central London by train, many National Trust and English Heritage sites in Kent/Sussex, or events at Brands Hatch. The village of Pratts Bottom and the local pub is within a 10 minute walk. The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line.

Cozy Woodland Cabin Retreat in the North Downs

Nestled in the garden of Winter Lodge, Winter Cabin is tucked gently among mature trees in the quiet heart of the North Downs, it’s a modest 1 bedroom 1 bathroom retreat. Tall trees, oak and pine stand like sentinels, filtering dappled light onto the cabin. The only disturbance you will hear will be birds calling. The small porch is perfect for tea at dawn and a book at dusk. Inside the space its simple but welcoming wooden walls and ceilings with large windows frame the green outside world.

The cottage is located in a rural hamlet, set amongst the beautiful Kent countryside (AONB). With miles of scenic walks and cycle routes on your doorstep plus Brands Hatch, London Golf Club, historic castles, English Heritage/National Trust sites, country parks, picturesque villages and much more all a short drive away.

Comfortable & cosy 17th century Listed Cottage.

The cottage is in a semi-rural setting. There is a garden with table and chairs for sitting outside, and a BBQ to enjoy summer days. The cottage has everything to ensure your stay is comfortable. Nearby there is a choice of quaint country pubs and the bars and restaurants of Sevenoaks are a short drive. There are lots of wonderful nearby country walks. Hever Castle, Chartwell House (Winston Churchill), & Down House (Charles Darwin) are just some of the attractions within a short drive.

Escape the Christmas chaos and unwind in the cozy comfort of our houseboat, festively decorated in December. A romantic retreat for two floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in East Hoathly. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake in a lake-view bedroom where nature’s magic surrounds you. Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

Tucked away in the peaceful village of Shoreham, Sevenoaks, this cosy shepherd’s hut for two offers sweeping views of the Darenth Valley. Set in the grounds of a beautiful Grade II listed home, it’s fully equipped with a kitchenette, shower, toilet, basin, log burner as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. With great local pubs, a vineyard, and walks nearby, and warm hosts on-site, this is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and soak up the Kent countryside.

Brand new zero energy hideaway in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, the Chapel consists of a beautifully designed vaulted living space with a luxury marble bathroom, 2 cosy bedrooms and a patio. Incorporating many of the features of the old chapel - metal cladding, oak beams and floors, whilst providing clean energy powered by the solar roof, underfloor heating, a state of the art kitchen and organic beds, you are guaranteed to have the best night's sleep ever.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

A beautiful barn conversion with 3 beds & patio

A village centre cottage with off-street parking and patio garden. Recently renovated to an excellent standard to provide accommodation for up to 5 in 3 bedrooms and with 2 bathrooms. All creature comforts including bespoke fully-equipped kitchen and wood burning stove. Beds can be configured as 1 double & 3 singles, or 2 doubles & 1 single. Please advise your preference. Note there is a spiral staircase to the 3rd bedroom & bathroom.

The Lodge

**Opted in to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol** Cosy barn-style accommodation nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside. Located close to National Trust sites and country walks. The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
