The Coach House

The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens! You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, kids, & behaved dogs!

The Loft at Patterson Ranch

Escape to our charming 480 sq. ft. studio above the breezeway, ideal for two people, can accomodate four with twin beds (cozy fit). Nestled on a gated 20+ acre working ranch against the stunning Sierra Nevada foothills, immerse yourself in the delightful ambiance of ranch life, complete with the sounds of farm animals and dedicated workers, and summertime ranch dust. The exposed beams and wood floors of this charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, make the framework for a perfect creative get-a-way.

Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Copper Lodge is a private 12-acre retreat with shaded outdoor living, river access, and spacious areas to spread out and unwind. The property works as both a Yosemite basecamp and a destination itself. Explore the park or stay on-site to swim the river, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy long summer evenings outdoors. Fast Starlink supports remote work, and indoor/outdoor gathering spaces make it easy for families and groups to connect. Approx. 1 hr from two Yosemite NP entrances.

Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.
