Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

There are 2 bedrooms on main floor and 1 in the loft with queen-size beds and a luxury queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room for 2. There is a large deck with a barbeque and a great view.

Built in 1929 the Chelan was the “in place” to stay in the quaint Seaside village of Neskowin. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

We are set in a forested, high-bank oceanfront 7-Acre setting at Otter Rock, along with 10 other privately owned chalets. The community shares a private path with access to the best surfing beach in the area! Restored to a 1969 vibe, fans of vintage A-Frame villages, surfers, and free spirits will love this spot.
