Our cabin is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, kitchen, TV, AC, heat, and large living room. Our deck has a outdoor kitchen with a fridge, grill and a fireplace. The view that is offered at our cabin is like no other. This cabin is on the same property as a working horse farm. We also offer guided horseback rides to the public.

Blair Farmhouse was built over 100 years ago located in the farming community of Nunda, New York. The home has spacious rooms with large windows. Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

The "Bubble" is geodesic dome overlooking Silver Lake. Suitable for 2 guests, this rental unit contains a queen bed and is climate controlled.
