It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.

Enjoy a two story tiny house that features an open bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchen and a small living area with a couch to chill and an extra bed if needed. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
