This modern apartment of 100m2 at the foot of the Mijas Mountains is surrounded by a beautiful garden and has a lot of privacy. There are severals swimming pools, sauna's, a gym and a jacuzzi free of charge. On the sunny terrace (from morning untill 4pm) of 75m2, partly covered, you have a magnificent view on the Calanova golf course, the mediterranean sea and the Mijas mountains. There is a lounge set, 2 sunbeds and a dining table. Everything is luxurious, ideal for new great holiday moments.

The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms, a gorgeous lounge, and a stunning conservatory with a convenient work space, a dining table, and a cozy sofa area. And there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! This is our family villa! We've owned it for over 20 years and are now excited to open it up for Airbnb during times we don't use.
