It is just a short stroll to the local pub, shop, well stocked farm shop as well as a locally renowned butchers. Excellent rail and bus links offer easy access to the Yorkshire coast and the vibrant market towns of Driffield (5 min) & Beverley (<10 min). Puddleduck Cottage offers a cozy and stylish ecape, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of the beautiful town of Beverley with free onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. A beautiful and welcoming cottage situated in the small village of Seaton, East Yorkshire, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Hornsea. The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break. There is a kitchen, dining / living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, 1 bathroom and a private patio area, all accessible on one floor. Up to 2 well behaved four legged friends are welcome.

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

Also a short drive is Pocklington, Flamborough Head, and Sledmere to name but a few… For nature lovers the costal resort of Bridlington is close by offering boat trips and bird watching at Bempton Cliffs, a seabird colony and RSPB nature reserve.

Have a good time in our great holiday home. The Benjamin Gardens Holiday Home is a modern home resting in Driffield in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size (or 2xsingle bed) and a double bed, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is parking for 2 cars, an enclosed rear garden. Newly refurbished for 2022,

Holly cottage is located in the charming little village of Wold Newton, in the heart of the Yorkshire wolds, within a short drive from the east coast resorts. Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.

"THE HUT" a pleasant hide away.

"The Hut" is a garden summerhouse simply decorated with a double bed to sleep 2, it has a small kitchenette to give you independence. It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.
