This fabulous house is located right under the Parthenon, literally in the shadow of Acropolis in the known historical area of Plaka. It has two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a living room (with a single sofa bed). Apart from the balcony which has a great view of Lycabetus hill and the city of Athens there is a terrace , with a surface of 30sq.m facing the Acropolis where you can relax an enjoy the view. The metro of Acropolis is less than 200m far from the house. In this area you will see all Athens' sights by walking. Anafiotika area is a very picturesque neighborhood.It is also know as "the island without a sea".Actually it gives the impression of an island with its small white-washed houses,narrow streets and steps,stone walls and gardens full with flowers. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

A cute woodhouse (15m2) in the beautiful garden of the Hotel Cokkinis with the panoramic seaview. Bathroom inside the room. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!
