The four other apartments are on the upper floor and have a balcony. The sea view varies slightly depending on the apartment, as you can see in the pictures. My apartment is in the heart of the city. Ground floor apartment. You have one minute to the first bus stop, markets and more. Amphitheater Arena is 10 minutes away from apartment and also the famous beach near the town Verudela is about 5 km.. The apartment sizes range is 25 m². Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Guests get free of charge use of the towels and linens. On arrival you will receive a keys.

This 4* new apartment is located on the ground floor of a new modern building, next to a forest of magnificent tall pines and oaks whose canopies are inhabited by birds and squirrels, offering guests a sense of privacy and tranquility. Although the building is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is still close to all important locations.
