There are wonderful views of the sunrise over the mountains behind the lake, while egrets emerge and ducks stir from sleep and the black swan settles into his place under the oak tree. The desert wakes up and is bathed in sunlight while you enjoy a morning coffee on the patio before your first hot pool dip.

City of Desert Hot Springs Vacation Rental Permit Number VR20-0031 Located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree, our studio offers convenient location and cozy and fun space. There is a modern full kitchen, spacious bathroom, sitting area with amazing panoramic windows, and a quaint bedroom nook with a full size bed. ONE bed studio is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.

This is a brand new house. This house is small, but very cozy, and has all amenities you need to enjoy your holiday. This house is located on the shore side of the lake, where you can enjoy the lake view from inside of the house and on open deck at the back of the house. On the deck you may enjoy romantic dinner or drink the morning coffee and watch swans and ducks swimming in the lake. There is a tennis court available nearby for people who like to stay active during their days off.

Stay at Palm Springs mid- century modern vacation resort “Modern9” close to downtown, great new hotels and restaurants. It has a very comfortable king bed in the main bedroom area, with its own en-suite large bathroom, with a twin single bed in the small bedroom that connects to its own bathroom. This Suite opens up to the shared courtyard with outdoor kitchen, bar and dining, and when you walk through the breezeway, you will get to the shared outdoor space with pool, spa and firepit.
