The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Visit a bustling town during the day but have a peaceful night sleep in this quiet part of whitby. Access to the on site indoor swimming pool which is open from 15th feb 2025 until November 2025(one time fee£10/£20), laundrette (one time fee of £10), playpark and swings right outside the back door. Sandside Retreat

Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

The Tree House

The Tree House is a lovely detached property that has recently been converted. It has a cosy welcoming feel to it, positioned in a wonderful location in the North Yorkshire Moors in the peaceful, tranquil village of Grosmont. Outside the property is an ajoining decking area which has spectacular views over the moors and the local steam railway. A paradise for walkers and train lovers, perfect for relaxing and unwinding on a summers evening. There are ducks and chickens on the driveway.

Moorview is a private one bedroom semi detached whole property with twin beds. Located a short distance from the North Yorkshire moors with easy access to the popular seaside resort of Whitby. Whitby House With Parking Good Location Sleeps 4

Freyr is a charming 2-bed house located in the North Yorkshire fishing town of Whitby. The property sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms - a double and a twin both with en-suite facilities. One bathroom has a shower unit and the other has a bath with a shower over. On the ground floor, there is a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge diner. Patio doors lead out to a charming garden with decking and a dining area.

From the front you can see down to Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church and from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside.

Coach House Cottage a perfect seaside retreat

Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley.
