It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 inviting bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or unwind, The Icehouse offers the perfect home-away-from-home experience. *Heads up: Second-floor ceilings are lower, especially noticeable for tall guests.

The Cottage

This cozy cottage has been totally renovated and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. We have addressed every detail to make your stay a memorable one. The cottage is a perfect country retreat. You will enjoy nature, being surrounded by trees, birds, wildlife and a beautiful sunrise. We are located just 2 miles from downtown Palestine and 3 miles to the Texas State Railroad yet in a country setting behind a security gate with your private code. Canton 1st Monday trade days is 1 hour away

Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Enjoy a refreshing dip in our private pool or go fishing at the pond. The property boasts ample outdoor space for exploration and relaxation. Inside, find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for families or groups seeking a peaceful retreat away from the city.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Located on a ranch in the beautiful rolling wooded hills of the East Texas , you have your own cabin retreat with all essentials, - a place to unplug from city life. EV plug. Put your feet up, relax, grab a cup of coffee, and grill ranch beef!. Enjoy PRIVATE LAKE FISHING off the dock or rent a boat! Fresh farm eggs, Wagyu meat and fresh garden vegetables in season and you never know what might be smoking in the smokehouse or for sale. LOTS of parking for trucks & construction equipment!

Visitor’s Paradise- Historic Downtown Loft

Experience the elegance of our historic downtown loft. With beautifully restored and decorated interiors, this relaxing space boasts 12-foot ceilings and a serene atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything, making your trip a breeze to plan. Take tranquil early morning strolls through the historic streets as the city sleeps, then return to the loft for a refreshing cup of coffee. Step outside to discover a vibrant array of antique shops, boutiques, bars, and eateries.

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Twin Oaks Ranch

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fishing is permitted in the ponds. The ponds are stocked with a dock. Enjoy a walk through the forest trails. Clean and newly renovated guest house. A fully equipped kitchen is provided with all the necessary utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed. Two couches can be pulled out to create two additional beds. We welcome dogs. There is a fenced yard for dogs and a doggy door. 15 minutes to town. There is no fire pit or grill.

Owen's Pond Cottage with serene and private areas

Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful cottage. Enjoy the well appointed, mostly secluded, home amid the trees. Visit in surrounding areas for antiquing, festivals, fishing, drive through safari and holiday activities. Miniature donkeys can be heard braying. 1 to 2 Small to medium size dogs welcome. Comfortable for 5 persons although 6 persons can fit. No fencing on property and the Kayak is just for decoration. Insurance stays welcome

Little House By the Lake

(SMOKE FREE PROPERTY)This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).

Private and Secluded Luxury family cabin to escape life’s daily stresses- large porch perfect for cooking. We built a separate Movie Cabin on the hill over 100 movies provided. Custom kitchen was put in with nice appliances, and in the upstairs loft we have another movie projector perfect for relaxing with family. This property is fun for the whole family and offers everything you need for a great vacation!
