Spot deer daily at this cozy nature lovers getaway. This Smallwood cabin has a fun colorful retro vibe and can sleep up to 4 people. Pets are welcome. Located just minutes walk to mountain lake, 10 mins to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, 20 mins to Narrowsburg, Barryville, Livingston Manor and many other cute towns. Large fenced in backyard with woodsy views and outdoor fire pit, large deck with bbq, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy indoor fireplace, smart TV with netflix, workspace, fast wifi.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

'The Original Bungalow,' part of the @boutiquerentals_' collection, is a Scandi-chic renovated bungalow surrounded by stunning trees. Located only 2 hours from NYC, Smallwood is a destination in itself: walk along the lake or waterfall, or take the canoe or SUPs for a paddle (seasonal). Nearby are Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, breweries, Livingston Manor & cute Delaware River towns with dining+shopping. In the evening, unwind by the fire pit or curl up by the fireplace with a book or movie.

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.
