This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is an apartment that has it's own entrance, but is attached to our main house. It has everything you need to stay. It is surrounded by nature and handicap accessible from a roll in shower to no stairs.

Historic Logan Farm-House w/ Modern Interior, 3bd.

Built in 1899, this farm house has been expanded and updated to include all the comforts and charm of modern living. Beautifully decorated and sitting on a half-acre of land, this home has amazing unobstructed views of the mountains. The end of the yard borders a canal with a walking path that is frequented by ducks and deer. After a long day out, cozy up next to the fire pit in the back yard.

Quiet, one bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
