The living area of approc. 80 sqm are divided into a large dining area/saloon with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and two terraces, one facing the sea, the other one facing the mountains and the village. The light living area is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, satelite TV (Astra, mainly German channels), hifi-system with iPod-plug and DVD. The bedroom has a large bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and access to the front terrace. The pool is shared with a second apartment of the house.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Coger el tranvía para ir al Puerto de Sóller. Desde casa en coche está a 10 minutos la playa del Puerto de Soller. Totalmente renovada y con todos los lujos necesarios para tener unas vacaciones de ensueño en un paraje idilico.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

This beautiful property is located next to the picturesque village of Campanet, You can reach the city in a pleasant 15 min walk. Not far away is a sports centre and tennis court. This is a comfortable country house for 4 people, it has been completely restored recently, combines contemporary design with comfortable and elegant furniture with traditional looks.
