It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. The Lower Mill also has playgrounds, children's trail, further heated pool, fishing, tennis, sport facilities, lake access and more.

It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park.
