‘Banyandah’ is an Aboriginal word meaning ‘home on the water’. This renovated, family orientated home is one street back from the Stanley River for swimming or kayaking and the boat ramp is only 3 minutes away. The home is walking distance to Coronation Hall and the local tennis court. It offers accommodation in a quiet and exclusive pocket of Somerset Village. The home is equipped with all the comforts you would expect including open plan living, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and 2 toilets.

Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

We are one of the few original workers' cottages left, situated on the waterfront of the Stanley River, providing some of the best views in the village. Minimum 2 night stay. Our cabin is nicely positioned to allow access to many scenic day trips taking in places such as Maleny, Montville, several National Parks & The Glasshouse Mountains. We have put together some suggested itineraries to help you make the most of your time with us and includes trips to waterfalls, short and long bush walks and restaurants. Or of course you are welcome to cook your own pizzas in our pizza oven under the stars or light a campfire.

Somerview Cottage - Lake Somerset

All the conveniences of home in our little cottage! Our private home has 2 bedrooms + kids bunk room with expansive views over Somerset Lake and only a 2 mins drive to Kirkleigh boat ramps. This is a brilliant way to holiday with the whole family! 8 guests allowed but a maximum of 4 adults (one queen, one double and bunk beds for 4 kids under 12). Please note - no wifi - we come here as a family to disconnect.
