Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Stenhaga, hus med sjötomt, ca 80 meter från vår egna sjö. Stort trädäck med bord och sittplatser. Liten sandstrand. Flytbrygga med badstege. Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
