Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby. The Timeless Timber is a unique , magical getaway experience. Built in 1969 , surrounded by the Huron National Forest, yet centrally located in Roscommon, Michigan. The cabin is located 20 minutes from Saint Helen, 30 minutes from Houghton Lake and 35 minutes from West Branch.
